Frozie Rozie: Day 3 - Switzerland (Part A)

We arose EARLY this morning.

4:30am

Dragged ourselves out of our Super Comfy bed,

Packed our belongings,

and headed out of the hotel in paris

to our awaiting Uber ride to the train Station.

We wandered around till we found where our train would be,

then purchased some goodies for the train ride

chocolate filled pastries and a hot cocoa.

Headed back to our platform where they we're boarding the train.

We had reserved seats in first class upstairs.

Very quiet. Lots of legroom, lots of sleepy travelers, off to work Monday Morning after a weekend in the city?

It was still dark outside so we took advantage and napped ourselves,

untill it got light.

The train was a high Speed train (199 mph) and it felt like it. Especially when we passed by one going the same speed the other direction at what felt like about 12"apart.

When the Sun came up,the views were beautiful.

We rode that train to Geneva Switzerland where we switch to a slower train. We had a hard time finding our train because our ticket said Geneva to Visp, but there were no trains listed going to Visp.

We finally found someone to ask and they informed us to take the train to Brig-which goes on to Visp.

Hmmm no one, not even our ticket said anything about Brig!

But it was the right departure time, and upon getting to the platform, We met others going to the same place so we knew we were Ok.

Once on that train, the views were amazing.

We met some other travelers whom we befriended!

We traveled and looked after each other all the way to Zermott.
